In response to the ever growing demand of property interests of the Chinese community both in Australia and from overseas, Village Property has established a dedicated division assisting with the investment needs of local and internationally based Chinese-language market and providing end to end services. At all times we act in the best interests of our clients.

This division guides the Chinese investors in the process of buying/leasing their ideal properties in Sydney as well as providing services including buying/selling, off the plan sale/resale, rental and property management services of the highest quality. We provide extra services and access to our extended network of local based Chinese professionals, financial brokers, solicitors and accountants. 

Kate Zhang is the Head of Village Property China Helpdesk and joined Village Property in 2017. She has 8 years’ experience working in real estate and has excellent communication skills. Kate is armed with an extensive knowledge in the Sydney property marketing as well as strong understanding of Chinese culture, who speaks both English and Mandarin fluently. Kate has provided extensive services to locally and internationally based Chinese-language clients on selling, leasing and property management. We are now managing hundreds of properties for overseas investment landlords. Kate prides herself on achieving the best outcome for all clients and having repeat business.
