URGENT REPAIRS

In the event of an urgent repair ring our office immediately and we shall attend to your problem as quickly as possible.


If it is outside business hours please refer to Clause 20, on page 6 of your residential Lease Agreement, for a definition of urgent repairs.
Refer to page 3 of your Lease Agreement for the relevant trade to assist with repair.


Log the urgent repair through Bricks+Agent and select “Urgent”, as this will be flagged as a priority repair (if you have any issues email your Property Manager).

GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

You are not authorised to undertake any maintenance on the property yourself. All maintenance requests are to be logged to Brick+Agent. Please refer back to your Tenancy Guide Book for more information.

Once the maintenance has been logged, you will be able to track the status and the trade that has been allocated to action the repair.
